This unit incorporates the following tests:
Two visual acuity charts, one with large letters for low vision patients, calibrated for 3 metres.
Polarised bichromatic and cross cyl test using the new monocular foveal occlusion.
Concentric circle test and spotlight.
Mallett Dual Fixation Disparity Test.
Top and bottom sections have independent illumination.
The small size – just 370mm high – and the use of safety switching makes this unit a good choice for domiciliary use. Self centring is by the latest all-electronic sensors and the unit self locates when switched on. This unit is mains powered. A manual version is available.
